Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)
Many children are born with large or protruding ears that do not fit their faces. The otoplasty procedure reshapes the ears, so they sit closer to the head and don’t stick out. This can increase the person’s self-confidence and allow them to feel more comfortable. For girls who have always covered up prominent ears with long hair, the surgery allows them to wear their hair up or go swimming without being self-conscious. Otoplasty is a generally safe procedure for children and adults seven years of age or older. During your recovery, you will need to wear a headband while sleeping to hold the ears and protect the surgical sites. Results are permanent.
Rhinoplasty
Since the nose is at the center of the face, it can be frustrating when you are not happy with its appearance. Rhinoplasty surgery corrects the size and shape of the nose so you can feel more confident with your most prominent facial feature.
